Shipping & Processing

• Shirts are scheduled to ship by the 28th of the month prior and should arrive within the first week of the featured month.
• Subscription charges run on the 1st day of the featured month.
• All size and address changes, skips, swaps, and cancellation requests must be received by the 20th of the month prior to the month the shirt ships.

EXAMPLE: For an April shirt, changes are due by March 20th, shirts ship by March 28th, and charges run on April 1st.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Exchanges

Retail items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and a photo so we can help.
