This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped for Oklahoma Shirt Company.

Order Types and Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Retail Orders

  • Processed and shipped within 5 business days
  • Does not include weekends or major U.S. holidays

Shirt of the Month (SOTM)

Shirt of the Month items follow a separate production and shipping schedule. Please see our SOTM FAQ or contact us for more info.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made to order and follow unique production timelines.

Shipping details and estimated timelines are provided directly on the product or collection page at the time of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

This email is separate from your order confirmation.

Missing Shipping Notifications

If you have not received a shipping notification within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • If not found, contact us at team@oklahomashirtcompany.com

Please include your name, order number, and order date in your message.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All U.S. orders include tracking, which should be used to monitor your shipment once it has shipped.

Tracking Issues

If your tracking information has not updated for 5 or more days, please contact us.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Oklahoma Shirt Company is no longer responsible for delivery issues.

If your tracking shows the package has been accepted by the carrier, any delays, losses, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
