What is meant by preorder?

These items are preorder, meaning we collect orders for a time, close the store, order blank garments and print exactly to order, and then fulfill individual orders, so we don't hold any stock of preorder items. Due to the nature of preorder items, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.
